How do I get a return label?
You can easily request a return label via our returns portal or contact us by email at support@lernspielwelt.com . We will send you the label as soon as possible by email.
Are there any return shipping costs?
Within Germany , we cover the return shipping costs for orders over €49. For orders under €49, we charge a return shipping fee of €3.90 , which will be deducted from the refund amount.

How long does it take to process the return?
Processing your return usually takes two to three weeks.
Can I return the product?
Yes, you have a 30-day return policy . Condition: unused and in original packaging.
What if the product is damaged?
Please send us photos of the damage to support@lernspielwelt.com – we will send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price.
In what condition must the product be returned?
The product should be returned unused, complete, and in its original packaging . Only then can we guarantee a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Our delivery time within Germany is usually 1–3 working days . Orders placed before 12 noon are usually shipped the same day.
Do you also ship your products internationally?
We do not yet ship our products within Germany.
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free for you on orders over 49 euros.
For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 .

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, which you can use to track your package at any time.
